Demonstration for Collecting Sample
| 1 | Complete the product activation at www.i-genix.com |
| 2 | Eating, drinking, smoking and chewing gum are not allowed at least 30 minutes before collecting sample. |
| 3 | Open the pouch of the sample collector carefully, make sure the
buccal swab is in good condition. Please contact us immediately if the
sample collector is defected. |
| 4 | Take out one pack of buccal swab carefully. Avoid touching the tip of swab prior to collection. |
| 5 | Place the sponge part of the swab as far back as you can into
your month, rub along the lower gum in back and forth motion at least 20
times. Repeat rubbing on the other side. Avoid rubbing the teeth. |
| 6 | Insert the swab into the tube and break the tip of the swab
carefully. Avoid the leakage of the stabilizing reagent inside the tube. |
| 7 | Take out another pack of buccal swab and repeat step 4 and 5 |
| 8 | Close the tube tightly and make sure no leakage |
| 9 | Shake the tube gently for about 10 times. |
| 10 | Put your name and contact number on the labels. Paste one of the labels around the tube. |
| 11 | Place the tube into the zipped bag provided and put the other label outside the bag, |
